Once you complete the form below, you will be directed to the login page. There you will be able to log into the IFCSN Secure Portal and complete a grant application or submit a request for payment.

I, , have read and understand the Privacy Notice and hereby give permission to IFCSN to process my personal data in connection with the IFCSN grantmaking process as described on their website and in their Privacy Notice.

I also understand that after submitting a grant application, the data contained in it is also accessed by select IFCSN staff members of The Principle Foundation in the United States for granting and payment purposes.

Using the IFCSN Secure Portal may give me access to the personal data (name, email, phone) of individuals registered in the IFCSN Secure Portal (e.g. a care provider I'm working with). I understand that IFCSN operates in a GDPR compliant environment. By signing below I acknowledge that confidential information, including personal data, may not be disclosed by me to any third party, and that, by using the IFCSN-Secure-Portal, I have the inherent obligation to maintain all information in a confidential manner.
